Shipping policy

Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Method

Deliveries are made exclusively via Post & DHL or a comparable delivery service provider of our choice.

2. Delivery Area

We deliver worldwide.

Our core business operates within the European Union. Deliveries to third countries (outside the EU) are possible, provided this option is available during the ordering process.

3. Delivery Costs

The applicable delivery costs will be shown separately to the customer during the ordering process and are to be borne by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. import VAT), customs duties or other charges may apply. These are to be borne by the customer and paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.

4. Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant product description, the delivery time is:

Within Austria: approx. 2–4 working days

Within the EU: approx. 3–7 working days

Outside the EU: approx. 5–14 working days

The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment in our account (for prepayment) or upon conclusion of the contract for other payment methods.

If several items are ordered as part of a single order, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Delivery times are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed.

5. Partial deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer. Any additional delivery costs incurred as a result shall be borne by us.

6. Default of acceptance / failed delivery

If delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or because the goods are not accepted, the customer shall bear the costs of resending the goods.

7. Transfer of risk

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods shall not pass to the customer until the goods have been handed over to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier.

If the customer is a business, the risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the delivery service provider.

8. Track and trace

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a dispatch confirmation by email containing track and trace information, provided this is made available by the delivery service provider.
